40mm Barbed Underfloor Heating Pipe Staples

Designed to securely fasten 15mm or 16mm underfloor heating pipes to low-profile thermal insulation boards before screed application.

Manufactured from durable, rigid material, these 40mm pipe staples can be easily pushed by hand into Kingspan or Celotex insulation boards. The integrated barbs provide a firm, secure grip, helping to keep the pipework in position during installation. These staples are also compatible with a separately available staple gun for faster and more efficient fitting.

Recommended Installation Guidelines:

• Use a minimum of one staple per metre of multilayer underfloor heating pipe to ensure secure positioning.

• Use 3–5 staples per return bend to maintain the correct pipe alignment and minimise movement during installation.

Ideal for securing underfloor heating pipework to low-profile insulation boards prior to screeding.
