60mm Barbed Underfloor Heating Pipe Staples – Box of 300

A pack of 300 x 60mm barbed pipe staples, designed to securely fix 15mm or 16mm underfloor heating pipes to thermal insulation boards before screed is applied.

Manufactured from durable, rigid material, these pipe clips can be easily installed by hand into Kingspan or Celotex insulation boards. The integrated barbs provide a secure grip, helping to keep the heating pipe firmly in position throughout the installation process. The staples are also compatible with a separately available staple gun for faster and more efficient installation.

Recommended Installation Guidelines:

• Use a minimum of one staple per metre of multilayer underfloor heating pipe to ensure secure positioning.

• Use 3–5 staples per return bend to maintain the correct pipe alignment and prevent movement during installation.

Ideal for securing underfloor heating pipework to insulation boards prior to screeding.
