PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Designed to accommodate between 2 and 12 heating circuits, the EDGE Range Stainless Steel Manifold provides efficient water distribution, isolation, and flow balancing for underfloor heating (UFH) systems, in compliance with BS EN 1264-4.
Each circuit’s flow rate can be accurately regulated from 1 to 5 litres per minute using the integrated flow meters located on the upper flow manifold. Individual circuits can also be isolated using the manual shut-off valves fitted to the lower return manifold.
The manifold incorporates an M30 × 1.5 valve connection, making it compatible with standard actuators, available as an optional accessory. It delivers precise flow regulation, including at higher flow rates, while high-quality EPDM O-ring valve seals ensure smooth operation and long-lasting performance.
A 1" male-threaded flat-sealing connection is provided for connection to the heat source, while the heating circuits connect via 3/4" Eurocone fittings suitable for clamp-ring screw connections. The supplied end assemblies also feature a 3/4" swivel connection, allowing convenient system isolation, filling, draining, and flushing.
Supplied pre-assembled on a wall-mounted bracket and fitted with low-noise pipe clamps in accordance with DIN 4109, the manifold is designed for straightforward installation and reduced noise transmission. It is also compatible with a variety of complementary heating components, including pump groups, manifold hydraulic control units, heat interface units, and other associated systems.
