UNDERFLOOR HEATING MIXING VALVE WITH BASTION 7.5M HEAD CIRCULATION PUMP

This underfloor heating mixing valve assembly combines a compact thermostatic temperature control valve with an energy-efficient, A-rated Bastion circulation pump featuring a 7.5m maximum head. Designed for water-based underfloor heating systems, it provides accurate flow temperature regulation and reliable water circulation.

Supplied as a fully assembled left-hand unit, it features G1 male swivel connections with flat seals, allowing direct connection to the manifold without mounting brackets, drilling, or additional fixing hardware.

The thermostatic mixing valve offers an adjustable flow temperature range of 35–65°C, with a factory preset of 45°C. Temperature adjustments are made using the control knob: turn clockwise to increase the temperature or anticlockwise to decrease it. This helps maintain consistent, comfortable floor heating while reducing the risk of excessive temperatures.

The upgraded Bastion 7.5m head pump provides enhanced circulation capacity for a wider range of system configurations while maintaining low electricity consumption.
