Underfloor Heating Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Our compact, lightweight thermostatic mixing valve is designed for direct connection to our range of underfloor heating manifolds. Supplied fully assembled in a left-hand configuration, it comes as standard with G1 male swivel unions featuring flat seals.

The versatile design and union connections ensure straightforward installation to the manifold. No additional support brackets are required, eliminating the need for time-consuming drilling and fixing.

The valve provides adjustable flow temperature control between 35°C and 65°C, ensuring precise regulation of the water temperature supplied to the underfloor heating system. It is compatible with a wide range of heat sources, including oil and gas boilers, wood-burning stoves, and renewable energy systems such as solar thermal, ground-source and air-source heat pumps.

Mixing Temperature Adjustment

The thermostatic blending valve is factory-set to deliver mixed water at 45°C to the underfloor heating manifold. The temperature can be adjusted between 35°C and 65°C to suit the system’s requirements.

To adjust the temperature, rotate the blending valve control knob:

• Clockwise to increase the mixed water temperature.

• Anticlockwise to decrease the mixed water temperature.
